MCR = DEFINITE emo
Used = DEFINITE emo
What do you think emo music is?
A7X is more post-hardcore/metalish. MCR is emo/punk-rock. Used, idk I don't like them they sux.

this is a big subject for me, when people like Hawthorne Heights write a song called Ohio Is For Lovers, and putting "cut my wrists and black my eyes, so I can't fall asleep tonight" that's emo
it's not in the music they make it's lyrics duh
like when people think all death metal is just people saying HAIL SATAN, their are actually Christian death metal bands, listen to Becoming The Archetype (notice Archetype=God)
ppl just need to think a lil more when criticisizing music |

Yeah, MCR isn't emo at all dude, and niether is the used. I've heard more emo lyrics come out of A7X then MCR by tons. And besides, even the members look more emo then my chem does, jesus ken i don't know where you are coming from. The used is also hardcore, but what real emo music is are bands like Aiden and Alesana....Led Zeppelin started your little metal screaming stuff, so respect them kiddo. Them and Black Sabbath pwned the beginning of metal. My Chem i really don't know what to put in as a genre, but the closest i can think of is rock. The Used is hardcore. Led Zeppelin is Classic Rock. Don't see any emo kid.
