i is in the clan. This guy is from a LONG time ago, when Kakashi was still a part of Ninja. I dunno where he went to, but Kakashi and I both "tried him out" and agreed he could put the tag on, so chill.

He is not offically a ninja anymore since he is inactive with our clan.. In other words, if he ever was he would be kicked out. I've never even heard of him since I joined ninja.
